Please log in with your platform account.​

To use cross-save, you must log in with your platform account and link it to your Pearl Abyss ID.

FAQ

  • Cross-save lets you play Crimson Desert across multiple platforms using the same save data.
    By linking your platform accounts to a Pearl Abyss ID, you can continue with the same character regardless of which platform you play on.

  • 1. In the in-game Save menu, press the [Cross-Save] button at the bottom right.
    2. Follow the instructions and scan the QR code or use the link to go to the Cross-Save page.
    3. Log in with your game platform account on the page.
    - Logging in will start the Pearl Abyss ID linking process. You can create a new Pearl Abyss ID, or log in with an existing Pearl Abyss ID to link it.
    4. After linking your account on the page, return to the game and press [Refresh] in the cross-save settings.
    5. Select a cross-save slot at the bottom right of the Save menu, then save your data.

  • Cross-save is supported between PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
    Mac is not currently supported and will be added in a future update.

  • You need a Pearl Abyss ID and an account for each platform on which you want to use cross-save (PlayStation Network, Xbox, Steam, or Epic Games). Log in with your platform account on the Cross-Save page (https://account.pearlabyss.com/Member/Linking/CrimsonDesert) to create and link a Pearl Abyss ID.

  • Log in to this page with your platform account (PlayStation Network, Xbox, Steam, or Epic Games) to create a Pearl Abyss ID and link the account.
    If you already have a Pearl Abyss ID, you can link the platform account to your existing ID.

  • You can link 1 account per platform (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games) for a maximum of 4 accounts.

  • No. You can link just one account.
    You can still use the cross-save slot on that platform even with only one account linked.

  • A platform account can only be linked to one Pearl Abyss ID. You cannot immediately link a platform account that is already linked to another Pearl Abyss ID.

    To change the linked Pearl Abyss ID, log in directly to the Pearl Abyss ID currently linked to the platform account, unlink it, then try again.

  • Yes. You can unlink an account at any time.
    Platform accounts can be unlinked individually from the Cross-Save page.

    However, unlinking the last remaining platform account will permanently delete your cloud save data.

  • Yes. A platform account can be linked again after it has been unlinked.

  • One cross-save slot is provided per Pearl Abyss ID. All linked platforms share this slot.

  • No. The cross-save slot must be updated manually. To continue your latest progress on another platform, save your game to the cross-save slot before exiting.
    If you exit without saving, your latest progress will not be updated to the cross-save slot.

  • No. There is only one cross-save slot per Pearl Abyss ID, which is shared across all linked platforms.
    You will load the same save data regardless of which platform you play on.

  • If at least two platform accounts remain linked, unlinking one account will not delete your cloud save data.

    However, unlinking the last remaining platform account will permanently delete the data in the cross-save slot, and it cannot be restored.
    Be sure to save the data to a local slot before unlinking the account.

  • Save data created before an update can still be loaded after the update.

    However, save data created on a newer version cannot be loaded on a platform that has not yet been updated. For the best cross-save experience, update the game to the same latest version on all platforms.

  • Yes. To play using cross-save on another platform, you must purchase the game separately on that platform.

    In other words, to play on two or more platforms, you must own the game on each platform, such as PlayStation, Steam, Xbox, or Epic Games.

  • When you load save data via cross-save, your character progress and inventory will carry over.

    However, paid items (entitlements) purchased on a specific platform will appear disabled on platforms where they have not been purchased. You can still load the save file and play, but you must purchase the disabled items separately to use them on that platform.

  • Pearl Abyss ID creation may not be supported in certain regions. If Pearl Abyss ID creation is unavailable in your region, you cannot use cross-save.

  • No. Suspended accounts cannot use services, including cross-save.

  • Deleting your Pearl Abyss ID will permanently delete the data in your cloud save slot, and it cannot be restored.
    Be sure to check the local save data on each platform before deleting your account.

  • Please check the following in order:

    1. Check that the relevant platform account is properly linked on the Cross-Save page.
    2. Check that the game was properly saved to the cross-save slot on the platform where you saved it.
    3. Restart the game on the platform where you want to load the cross-save file, then try again.

  • Please check the following:

    1. Check that you are properly logged in to the platform account you want to link.
    2. Check that the platform account is not already linked to another Pearl Abyss ID.
    3. Try again shortly.
